Julie Tomrdle joined NorthStone Group in March, 2015 as a Lean Six Sigma Performance Improvement Specialist. She also facilitates Innovation Design workshops.
Julie has enjoyed a career in healthcare, and her experience includes acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, Quality and Regulatory, and most recently she was the Senior Director of Strategic Innovation and Performance Improvement at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
Julie has a depth of knowledge in performance improvement, and has worked with frontline staff, professionals and executive teams to achieve measureable outcomes. She has led improvement teams across the enterprise, including Revenue Cycle, Ancillary departments, the direct delivery of services to customers, including but not limited to healthcare. In addition, she has facilitated Lean 3P events with healthcare professionals and architects, achieving architectural efficiencies in new building design. She has taught Lean Six Sigma workshops to frontline staff as well as executive teams.
Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She received her Lean certification from the University of Michigan, and her Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
Julie lives with her family in Louisville, Colorado. She enjoys biking, skiing, and hiking with friends and family.
