We worked with executives and managers of a large services client to identify and change expectations for leadership success and to accelerate decision making. As their industry changed and new competitors emerged, they recognized that future success required new leadership.
Through a combination of executive coaching, seminars and facilitated work sessions, the client identified desired leadership behaviors and invested in the leadership development and decision-making abilities of those most likely to lead the organization during a time of rapid and intense change. Shortly after our work ended, the executive sponsor was promoted and credited much of his success (and that of his team's) to his investment in NorthStone.
